Yes, I offer counseling through telephone or secure video services. 

4. How complicated is it to use telemental health services?

Telemental health counseling or e- counseling is actually much easier than you think. Research states e-counseling is just as effective as in person counseling and many people prefer the convenience of it too. I call you at our scheduled phone session time or I send a link you click on for secure video sessions. I send you an invoice you can pay online prior to each session. It is that simple!

5. Do you accept insurance?
