Cindy is a creative visionary with a powerful message to share with the world. Her passion has always been to make a positive impact, whether it be with an individual, group or business. She witnessed and experienced first-hand what it was like to be bullied in elementary and middle schools. From this experience arose a need to empower herself and others. Since then she has had a strong desire to help others feel valued and happy. Cindy has an artistic flair, often seeing opportunities where others may not. She has learned to listen to her deepest desires and consciously design her life and career on purpose. She possesses unique, eclectic qualities that demonstrate her exceptional ability to understand people, business needs and workplace dynamics that allow her to intuitively connect and build relationships, all with a sense of grounded practicality. 



Cindy has over 25 years of experience studying: human behavior, mindfulness, spirituality, alternative healing, happiness and success principles. She has a Master's Degree (MA) in Psychology. She has run her own private counseling practice for over ten years. She is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing and Education. She holds certifications in the following areas: NLP, Clinical Hypnosis, EFT, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She has additional training in reiki, meditation and positive psychology.  She is the author of The Happiness Recipe, A Therapist's Journey of Self-Discovery, Healing and Happiness. Cindy now teaches holistic stress management through online and one-on-one coaching with a creative flair that makes her offerings one of a kind.
